What qualifications do you have?
I am a Level 4 qualified Nutrition Coach with Future Fit. I also hold a Level 5 qualification in Metabolism and a CPD certificate in Menopause awarded by Dr Stacy Sims.
What can I expect from you?
Getting Started with Nutrition: This is a one-off consultation. We’ll conduct a nutrition and lifestyle assessment, review your food diary to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide you with evidence-based, practical guidance to help you reach your health goals. You’ll also gain access to a recipe bank and educational articles. After one month, we’ll have a follow-up consultation to assess your progress.
Nutrition Foundations and Coaching: This is a more comprehensive programme, which includes the initial consultation, food diary review, and a personalised report. You’ll receive ongoing support over 6, 9, or 12 weeks, including weekly check-ins and continuous feedback to help you implement changes and achieve your health goals. You’ll also get access to a recipe bank and educational resources throughout the programme.
Nutrition for Sports and Performance: This package is designed for active women of all levels who want to optimise their nutrition for better performance. We’ll begin with a nutrition and lifestyle assessment, review your food diary to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and provide evidence-based, practical guidance tailored to your sport. You’ll receive support on energy requirements, optimal nutrient intake, and meal timing before, during, and after training, as well as tips for staying hydrated and fueling on the go.
How often will we meet, and what does a typical session look like?
Initial Contact: A discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit.
Programme Start: An in-person or online consultation after agreement and payment.
Ongoing Support: Regular online check-in calls (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your programme) to track progress, provide guidance, and adjust plans.
Continuous Communication: WhatsApp support for quick questions and accountability between calls.
Session Focus: Progress review, problem-solving, education, goal setting, and Q&A.
Is your programme suitable for women with specific dietary restrictions or health conditions?
As a nutrition coach, I can offer guidance to help you meet your nutritional needs if you have specific dietary preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or plant-based diets, or if you have dietary restrictions. If you’re receiving treatment from a health professional for a known health condition, I can support you in aligning your nutrition with your health goals. However, it is outside my scope of practice to diagnose medical conditions or treat illnesses. For personalised advice related to conditions such as digestive disorders or chronic illnesses, I will refer you to the appropriate healthcare provider.
What other services do you provide if 1:1 coaching isn’t right for me at the moment?
If you’re looking for some support, I offer group coaching and educational sessions for small groups, covering topics like healthy eating, meal prep, and nutrition for specific goals such as fitness, weight loss, or muscle gain. Get in touch to discuss how I can support you.
