Balanced Living, Firsthand Experience

I’ve spent over 25 years as a practising teacher, then as an educational publisher. I know what it’s like to commute, cook, fit in exercise and perform in a demanding job, burning the wick at both ends, often neglecting nutritious food and sleep. I’ve also experienced the physiological changes in midlife which impacted my strength, confidence and mojo.

I help women aged 40+ understand the physiological changes that come with menopause and support them in making nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to ease symptoms, boost energy, and enhance overall health. I also work with women post-menopause who want to maintain strength, bone health, and vitality through nutrition strategies. You want to feel strong, healthy, and independent well into your 50s, 60s, and beyond—and you can.

Certified Nutrition Coach

In my 50s, I retrained as a Level 4 nutrition coach with Future Fit. I also hold a Level 5 qualification in Metabolism and a CPD certificate in Menopause awarded by Dr Stacy Sims.
